Support FAQ

Before you send a ticket.

A few useful answers about how Alvonyx support and migrations work.

Choose the relevant support route above and submit the form. Once the form handler is connected, requests will be sent to customerservice@alvonyx.com with the information needed for the support team to review the issue.
Include the affected website or server, when the issue started, the error message if there is one, what changed recently and any troubleshooting already attempted. Do not include passwords or secret access credentials.
Use the website/server down route for genuine availability problems where a live business website, store or server cannot be accessed. Normal configuration, billing and general support questions should use General Support.
Yes. Use the Migration Help route to tell us what is currently hosted, where it is hosted and what needs moving. The migration can then be reviewed and planned before any cutover takes place.
Alvonyx can help diagnose hosting-related WordPress and WooCommerce issues and help identify whether a problem is linked to infrastructure, configuration or the application itself. Third-party plugin or custom-code issues may require separate developer involvement.
Use General Support and select Security as the service or issue type. Explain what you have observed, such as suspicious files, unexpected redirects or unusual access. Do not send passwords or private keys in the form.
Yes. Submit a General Support request with your current website or workload and what you are trying to achieve. We can then review whether Web Hosting, WordPress, WooCommerce or VPS infrastructure is the better fit.
The current version is a guided support assistant that uses predefined troubleshooting paths. It does not automatically access or analyse your hosting account, server or website.
